EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT

Sale items, masks, jewellery, intimates and swim are final sale.

Online orders can be exchanged in-store or through the mail.

We do not offer return postage, and all return shipping fees will remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

GIFT CARDS - do not expire and can not be refunded.  We encourage you to use your gift cards within 6 months.

We DO NOT offer refunds for in store purchases  An exchange or Store Credit may be issued for qualifying purchases and must be within 7 days from purchase date.

Online Purchases : Regular price items purchased online must be returned in shop or mailed back to us within 10 days of receiving the items. 

All returning merchandise must comply with the following:

  • Not be worn, washed, stained or altered
  • No fragrance, deodorant or body odour detectable.
  • • Have all original tags attached and unaltered.
  • Packaging must not be opened and products must be unused in order to qualify for an exchange or credit

• All items submitted for exchange must be in perfect, unused sellable condition

The condition of the product is left up to the discretion of TEAG + GRAY

We cannot accept liability for shipping loss or damage of return goods. We cannot assume responsibility for packages without proof of delivery to the address listed above.

SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT

We are unable to offer price adjustments on sale items.

ORDER CHANGE

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If package is refused, a restocking fee equal to the return shipping charge will be deducted from the store credit.
