Returns

EXCHANGE OR RETURN 

Sale items, masks, jewellery, intimates and swim are final sale.

Online orders can be returned in-store or through the mail.

We do not offer return postage, and all return shipping fees will remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

Refund: Regular price items purchased online a must be returned in shop or mailed back to us within 7 days of receiving the items. 

Store Credit: Regular price items purchased online must be returned in shop or mailed back to us within 10 days of receiving the items. 

All returning merchandise must comply with the following:

  • Not be worn, washed, stained or altered
  • Have all original tags attached and unaltered.
  • Free from Fragrances or Body Odour

The condition of the product is left up to the discretion of TEAG + GRAY

We cannot accept liability for shipping loss or damage of return goods. We cannot assume responsibility for packages without proof of delivery to the address listed above.

SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT

We are unable to offer price adjustments on sale items.

ORDER CHANGE

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If package is refused, a restocking fee equal to the return shipping charge will be deducted from the store credit.
